The Position
Account Managers are responsible for assisting our PPC and SEO team in account management. Their responsibilities include monitoring client PPC and SEO campaigns, ensuring the accounts are performing well. Making calls to the clients for collecting information, answering questions, handling queries and pulling up reports and stats if needed to back up the conversation with a client over the phone.
We are a marketing agency and our services include PPC, SEO and web development. Account managers should be able to learn and answer clients on updates regarding the services they opted for.
To be successful as an account manager you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client SEO and PPC account stats
- Make recommendations to PPC or SEO team on changes needed
- Client support - regularly communicate with the client for updates
- Answer incoming clients calls
- PPC and SEO reporting
- Update client communication history in ClickUp
Requirements
- Proven Customer Support Experience - 3 years minimum
- Proven PPC experience - 3 years minimum
- Experience with ClickUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Client handling skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and Team player
- Willingness to learn
