The Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Website Developer to join our team. If you are passionate about web development, have expertise in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and major programming languages, and are dedicated to delivering high-quality, functional websites, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Website Development & Maintenance: Build and manage responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages based on client needs.
- Technical Expertise: Apply best practices and stay current with evolving web technologies and coding standards.
- Content Management: Customize WordPress themes/plugins, handle updates, backups, and security.
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure websites work smoothly across all major browsers and devices.
- Performance Optimization: Improve site speed, conduct audits, and address technical issues.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing to ensure quality and fix bugs promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver on project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Website Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress, HTML, CSS, and major programming language proficiency.
- Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development, customization, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS environments
- Experience with responsive web design principles and mobile optimization.
- Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred)
