Video Editor + AI Video Creator

The Position

We are hiring a world-class Video Editor and AI Video Creator who can produce high-retention social content and write strong scripts, hooks, and headlines.

This is not a basic editing role. You will be responsible for creating content that holds attention, gets watched, and builds trust with plumbers and HVAC business owners in the U.S.

You must be highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut and have real experience using AI video tools like Veo 3, 11Labs, and HeyGen.

This is a full-time, exclusive role with PTO and vacation pay. If you are freelancing for multiple clients or looking for part-time work, this is not a fit.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
Edit long-form videos for YouTube as needed
Create AI-driven video content including image-to-video and video-to-video edits
Write scripts, hooks, headlines, and captions that increase retention and engagement
Post and schedule content consistently across platforms
Manage comments and DMs across platforms within 1 hour during work hours
Manage and engage our Facebook Group to drive conversation and community growth
Build and maintain a reusable brand editing system (templates, captions style, motion graphics, sound effects, B-roll library)
Track content production and publishing using ClickUp and Airtable

Requirements

Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro editing
Strong CapCut skills for fast short-form production
Experience with AI video tools: Veo 3, HeyGen, 11Labs (must have real hands-on examples)
Strong copywriting and content writing (hooks, headlines, scripts, captions)
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to work full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time (US)
Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
